Is the routine difficult to learn? No, simple strokes are taught in an easy, logical sequence. Clear materials are supplied for easy learning.

What if my baby cries and won’t participate? Dolls are available so that your baby can take a break and catch up sessions can be arranged.

Who will touch my baby? Only you! Instructors do all demonstration on a doll and will assist you to massage your own baby.

Why should I choose an IAIM trained instructor? The IAIM infant massage program is delivered by Instructors who have completed the most comprehensive, and only nationally accredited, instructor training in Australia

How will massage help my baby? Massage has been shown in research to reduce crying, help improve settling and soothing, and to gently support your baby's development and well- being

Who should attend? Mum and dad and any close friends or family can attend. Massage has been shown in research to help babies bond with their dads! It also improves baby's social development.

The Tinta Touch Infant Massage program is a friendly and relaxed program, backed-up by research, where you as parents are welcome to come along and learn many different ways of using massage and touch to suit your family’s personal circumstances, as well as the unique and constantly changing needs of your individual baby. Not only does Tinta Touch Infant Massage include massage and touch, but you will also gain confidence in using voice, movement and other forms of communication to help soothe, settle and communicate with your little one, in the way only you can do. This Infant Massage Training is for parents and close family members of a baby aged from birth to 12 months. Individual classes can also be arranged for premature and special needs babies.
